Terms of Service
Olivv is in free, invite-only closed beta. These terms cover that beta. They contain no price, subscription or payment terms, because Olivv has no payment functionality.
Last updated 20 September 2026.
Who you're agreeing with
Olivv is a family meal-planning service run by Stefania Gauci, an individual based in Malta ("Olivv", "we", "us"). Olivv is not a company. For questions about these terms, email privacy@myolivv.com. If Olivv is later offered to the public, operated through a company, or anyone is asked to pay, we'll update this page before that happens.
General contact: hello@myolivv.com.
Closed beta
Olivv is available to invited users only. During the beta:
- features may change, be added or be removed as we develop the service;
- the service may occasionally be unavailable;
- we may end the beta or change who can take part.
We'll give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
Who can create an account
You must be 18 or over to create an Olivv account. Olivv isn't offered directly to children, and children don't have accounts or sign in.
If you add a child to your household, you confirm that you're that child's parent or guardian, or are otherwise authorised to provide and manage their information in Olivv.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has access to your account. You're responsible for the information you enter, including information about other members of your household.
What Olivv does, and its limits
Olivv suggests meal plans, shopping lists, prep steps and feeding support for your household, using AI-assisted generation and the information you give us.
- Plans, recipes and answers can contain errors or omissions.
- You remain responsible for checking ingredients, allergens and whether a meal is suitable for the people eating it.
- Nutrition figures are estimates. Olivv doesn't provide medical or dietetic care. Anyone with specialist medical or dietary needs should follow the advice of their own qualified professional.
Olivv filters for the allergies and intolerances you record, and where it can't confirm a meal is suitable it doesn't offer it — but that filtering depends on the information you've entered and isn't a substitute for checking ingredients yourself.
Acceptable use
Please use Olivv to plan food for your own household. Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
Your content and ours
The information you enter stays yours. You give us permission to use it to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Olivv's own software, design and brand remain ours.
Ending your use of Olivv
You can stop using Olivv at any time and delete your account and its data from Profile → Privacy & data. Deleting your account can't be undone. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, or when the closed beta ends.
Our responsibility
We provide Olivv with reasonable care, but during closed beta we don't promise uninterrupted availability or that generated content will be free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer that can't lawfully be limited or excluded, including your rights in relation to digital services.
Payment
Olivv is free of charge during closed beta. There is no subscription, price or payment in the service today. If we introduce paid plans, we'll publish separate subscription terms with the price, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation and refund information before anyone is asked to pay.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Olivv develops. We'll publish the updated version and its date, and where changes are significant we'll tell account holders.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the Maltese courts have jurisdiction. This doesn't affect any mandatory consumer rights or protections available to you under the law of the country where you live.
Version
Closed beta, version closed-beta-1.0. This is the version and date recorded when you acknowledge these terms at sign-up.
